1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all deliveries from Sheva Inc Ltd (hereafter “SafetyDice eShop”) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
2. Contractual Partner
The purchase agreement is concluded with Sheva Inc Ltd, a Cyprus-registered company (Reg. No. HE419545), located at 4b Stefanou Granitsa Street, 3096 Limassol, Cyprus.
3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1 Product listings in the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers but serve as invitations to order.
3.2 By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order for the listed products. A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation from us via email. By placing the order, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1 As an EU consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating a reason.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
We will reimburse all received payments (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or proof of return is provided.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the 14-day period expires.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1 All prices include VAT and other price components.
5.2 We charge €0.00 for shipping within Germany. Shipping fees for other countries are shown during checkout.
5.3 No additional costs, taxes, or fees apply beyond those stated.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery is available within Germany via logistics partners.
6.2 Delivery time is up to 3 business days. Deviations will be communicated separately.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment is made in advance (bank transfer).
7.2 Bank details are provided in the order confirmation. Goods are dispatched after payment is received.
8. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
9. Warranty
We are liable for defects in goods according to statutory provisions (esp. §§434 ff. BGB).
